Cancellations policy :

• Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your visit. 

• Each "no show" or late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. 

• The rescheduling fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

• Late arrivals will result in a shorter session as each session will finish on time. 

• If you are 15 minutes late, the cuticle & callous removal will be cancelled, and no discounts will be allowed. 

• We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if you are 20 or more minutes late, and the same cancellation fee will be applied. 

• Double booking is not allowed. 

• Deposits are non-refundable and can only be deducted after service.
